High pressure reactors

Premex solutions gmbh designs and manufactures high-pressure reactors for research and development (R&D). The following reactor technologies are used:

  • Batch reactors
  • Semi-batch reactors (gas and/or liquid feed)
  • Continuous flow reactors (continuous in one or more reagents)
  • Internal-recycle reactors (conversion of kneaded studies in gas, liquid or slurry phase).
  • Rotating basket reactors (for kinetic application and/or ageing studies).

High pressure reactors are our world!

Our high-pressure reactors are characterised by the high quality of workmanship of all components used as well as by their high ease of operation. They have a modular design and are available in stainless steel or special steels in volumes from 60 ml to 100 litres. We offer solutions from 6 bar - 700 bar at a maximum of 350°C.
