High pressure reactor andorra

"andorra" comes from the small autoclave family - a development in autoclave construction based on many years of experience and perfected. Reactor "andorra" has the technology that is otherwise only found in large reactors: Seals have been severely limited, thanks to the prudent design to merge the reactor lid with the core piece of the magnetic stirrer drive and the magnetic stirrer drive in turn has, in addition to the essential valve connections, a pressure measurement and the pressure protection.

Variants/special features

  • Pressure stages: 200, 250 or 480 bar depending on the choice of material.
  • Temperature stages °C: 200, 250, 300 depending on the choice of material.
  • Material for wetted parts WNr.: 1.4435 (AISI 316L), 2.4602 (HC22) and 1.4980 (AISI 660) as standard. Versions in Hastelloy C276, B3 or titanium size 2 on request.
  • The autoclave vessel is double-sealed: once in the upper area by an O-ring made of Viton, EPDM or Kalrez and at the bottom via a metal-to-metal medium seal (cutting ring).
  • Temperature sensor Pt1000, type K or type N in the immersion tube for measuring the medium temperature (not included in delivery).
  • By opening the locking nut SW12 mm, the output shaft can be removed for cleaning the inside or bearing replacement. Either ball bearings or plain bearings are used, depending on the medium or material used.

A real team player!

"andorra" is a real team player when it comes to multi-versions of four, eight or more autoclaves in series. The small autoclaves can easily be used in multiple reactions, where they are heated, cooled or controlled independently.
