ordino CS320

Control unit ordino CS320

The ordino controller family has been expanded to include the CS320 controller, a stand-alone controller for standard reactors. The ordino controller CS320 is based on an industrial, safe concept and is used with the twister, pinto and pollux reactors.

Specifications

Operating Data of the ordino CS320
  • Heating: Master/slave heat/cool control. A temperature programmer with eight segments is available.
  • Stirrer: The stirring speed is adjustable. The speed is read back via a speed sensor on the reactor.
  • Pressure: The pressure is read at the controller
  • Alarms: Jacket temperature alarm, medium temperature alarm, high pressure alarm. When an alarm is triggered, the heat sink is shut down and the cooling valve is opened. The alarm must be cancelled and confirmed before further operation.
  • Data logging: Communication via TCP/IP. The data can be stored on a USB stick. The format is .CSV Excel compatible. When the stick is removed, the data is stored in the controller's memory and purged as soon as the stick is plugged in again. All relevant process and limit values are stored on the USB stick. Data can therefore not be lost.
  • Historical trends: A trend app is available for the controller. Temperature, pressure and speed are displayed as trends.
Hardware specifications
  • Control cabinet: 3/4 19" form factor, protection class IP54
  • Input: 230V/AC power supply 16 Amp. for type K thermocouples (medium/outer sheath) / pressure display, 4...20mA / ranges and alarm setting
  • Output: power stirrer max. 370 W / power radiator max. 3'700 Watt / cooling valve 24V/DC normally open.
  • Data: Communication via TCP/IT

Improved control concept through ordino CS320

Controller ordino CS320 is specially designed for premex and enables the control of autoclaves without the need for a computer application. Data export is possible via a USB connection at the front of the control cabinet, but a network connection can also be established.
