The CS350 controller is a medium controller solution for higher energy requirements with a range of additional possible options. You can control the autoclave from a PC with our special control software.

Variants/special features

This ordino controller CS350 can be ordered with a variety of options. Please note that the number of options is limited by the size of the housing.
CS350-Basic: Describes the basic equipment with temperature control, medium and jacket temperature measurement, separate jacket monitoring alarm and 2 m cable.
CS351-Huber: Heating is provided by a Huber thermostat or a cooler
OP: Colour touch panel
CS350-3: Real-time measurement of the stirring function
CS350-3: Advanced operator system, including PC or laptop. Extra's are: Historical trend / temperature programmer 16 segments / reporting.
CS350-15: Increased heating capacity in autoclave up to 10 KW.
CS350-20: Extra input for example for an additional pressure or temperature measurement
CS350-21: PH measurement, including installation in front panel of 96 x 96 mm PH controller
CS350-22: Mass flow control with shut-off valve
CS350-23: Mass flow control with shut-off valve. Same as option above but with pressure regulator.
CS350-24: Extra heating system for example for lid heating or heat tracing. With this option, a separate thermocouple is connected for safe shut-off at high temperatures.
CS350-25: Online help and free upgrades
CS350-26: Stirrer alarm for blocked stirrer. This system switches off the agitator.
CS350-27: Extra long cable, 5 m
CS350-28: Additional input contact to switch off the autoclave. This option can be used for example for fume cupboard alarms.
CS350-29: Other temperature sensors such as type N or Pt100.
CS350-30: Second cooling valve

Let's maximise control

With our ordino CS350 controller, we realise the control of additional instrumentation such as flow measurement, pressure transmitters and more. To control these options, we offer the CS350 in a 19" housing. All control units are without control switches in the front panel. Operation via the standard computer programme is therefore essential.
